Brian Gomez VP of Pastime Software Co warned me here about using the Global Command, however, I had  used a this utility a good many before times before we talked on the phone. I had seen the  warning in regard to this and was warned to backup often. I did some inquiring and read the instruction  book which explained very well how to operate this utility which is called "Global Update". 

I asked Brian to send a e-mail confirming what he had told  us to do to get the files in shape so we could use the Global Command as he had directed. I understood the directions but could not get this explained to Dean or DarlAnn.

Dean and I tried to set up this as Brian had directed but it seemed to me me that Dean did not want to follow these plans or  did not  understand the directions.  It seemed he was stalling for what ever reason. I do not know what was in his mind.  I can only speculate on the reason, It may have been he wanted to get control of the computer so he could remove the "Hard Drive" as this is what was eventually accomplished. See the minutes of first meeting on Security by the  "Executive Board" and the Special Meeting.

This E-mail was sent to the board several time and even put on the web page and sent to all Board Members with  e-mail. There were evidently some who did not want all the Board to know about this. This all ended with my removal. .
