E-Mail From DarlAnn Rial
Remove Boxes from the Location Files.

Below is a photo of the Email I received May 7, 2008.  I went  to the museum and found this to be true.  I had spent at least 50 hours or more  and two volunteers had likely spent  an equal amount of time each  preparing the Authority Files as directed by Brian Gomez  VP of PastPerfect in his e-mail letter of April 24, 2007 where he confirmed what he had told us on the speaker phone.  See Brian E-mail

Reference below (I took the Boxes off the location site since they show up on the container site) The location files carried the location  on the barcode, which are gone. .  Word.

I had had created a database for the Location Authority file and it was near in the computer and also near the computer and this made it easy to locate the Box  as  as it could be arranged alphabetical. This meant there was no way to search photos through the  database.

. I then sent  this email to Anita Heiman president of the NCHS Board. When I talked to her  she said "DarlAnn could not have delete them on purpose."  I  told her "There is no way to delete them except one at a time and that could not be an accident ."

See snapshot on the bottom of this page of the Authority files on the evening of May7, 2007  after they had been deleted.
Why should one person be able to do this and then have me removed from the NCHS Board.  Was this to prevent me from bring this up?

This is a snapshot below of the files on the day the files were deleted. I had this and other snapshots with me at the meeting the one evening and the meeting was adjourned suddenly and I did not get a chance to present them.
